Founder, Aspiring Minds Wellness Center Kenatta Bethea is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), an accredited Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) provider, and founder of Aspiring Minds Wellness Center, an integrative psychiatric practice serving children, adolescents, and adults. With over 12 years of experience across residential and inpatient treatment, outpatient services, and community mental health programs, Kenatta brings a wealth of expertise in providing evidence-informed and individualized psychiatric care. She has also played a key role in opening multiple mental health hospitals and programs to serve clients in need, demonstrating her leadership and

operational knowledge in mental health care systems.


As a single mother of two, raising a neurodivergent child, and with personal experience navigating postpartum depression and behavioral challenges in childhood, Kenatta deeply understands the struggles families face. Her personal experiences allow her to create relatable, compassionate, and practical treatment plans that resonate with clients and families. Kenatta’s practice integrates psychotherapy, medication management, and holistic wellness strategies, including lifestyle interventions and nutraceutical support, to promote overall mental health and resilience. She is licensed in Virginia, Nevada, and Florida, with plans to expand licensure to Georgia and North Carolina, further increasing access to her services. Passionate about mentoring future providers and improving access to high-quality mental health care, Kenatta empowers clients to achieve their personal, emotional, and mental health goals, helping them become the healthiest and most resilient versions of themselves.
